The day we first met the couple.
On a rather chilly winter day.
As we spoke,
we felt the warmth of their mutual affection,
they were a very lovely couple.

When we met them for a second time,
one gentleman visited the atelier on his own.
The engagement ring he ultimately chose was "Gloriosa".
That design remained among the candidates when the couple came to the atelier together.
Recalling that she liked smooth curves, and the delighted smile she showed when trying them on,
they proceeded with choosing the ring, cherishing that feeling of affection.
A matching shape that suits both
The wedding ring symbolises eternity

While retaining the feel of a wedding ring,
it also has distinctive shapes.
Their shared preferences,
and the shape that suits both of them proved decisive.
When the wedding ring and engagement ring are worn together,
it makes a harmonious pairing.
Inside the man's ring,
the woman's birthstone, aquamarine, is set,
on the front of the woman's ring,
the man's birthstone, pink sapphire, was set.
We gently imbue the ring with the feeling they hold for one another.
It will always be nearby, quietly watching over the couple.
We would be delighted if it becomes such a presence.
As they wear it for many years,
their own patina gradually develops,
which is one of the joys.
Along with that change,
may each day be even more wonderful.
