Wedding Rings Made with a Dear Friend to Brighten Every Day

What we are presenting today is,

a wedding ring that feels a little special to me.

The couple are friends who have spent more than half of their lives together.

At the milestones of a dear friend's life,

to be involved as the concierge for ith is something wonderful and meaningful.

it felt somewhat magical and a very joyous occasion indeed.

With such a couple, after much deliberation together,

we have created a one-of-a-kind wedding ring.

"A couple who like things a little different from ordinary"

Their preferences differed slightly.

The groom is particular: "I don't want ordinary, but something too flashy isn't right either."

The bride loves anything that sparkles.

"What design they like is still a little hazy at the moment."

At first they spoke that way,

but as they tried on many pieces,

their respective 'likes' gradually became clearer.

The groom with discerning taste was drawn to,

the three-dimensional twist of "Mobius Due",

feeling stylish and distinctive, and became his favourite.

The bride also loved the twisty form of "Cantabile",

which suited her love of music, and she approved of the name.

"If possible, we'd like a sense of matching too, wouldn't we?"

With those wishes in mind, though the designs are different, there is a sense of connection,

yielding a pair of twisted rings that feel linked.

"A sense of excitement" gave birth to the Gokigen Ring

The woman had another favourite ring.

That was "Piacere".

Named from the Italian word for 'joy', it is a ring characterised by diamonds arranged in a rhythmic sequence.

So for the woman's Cantabile,

an arrangement of diamonds set rhythmically.

"Somehow, it feels exciting and cute!"

Saying that, she liked it very much.

Cantabile” means “to sing with joy.”

When diamonds are layered there as with Piacere, the joy of marriage and the excitement for the days ahead seem to be packed.

And the groom's choice, "Mobius Doue Aria", carries the meaning of "eternity".

“May they continue to spend eternity with joyful and exciting spirits.”

Finding a meaning that would connect to their future, the design was settled.

Looking at the diamonds arranged rhythmically,

the two spoke, “This is a Gokigen Ring,”

and before long that became the nickname for this ring.

When their “likes” are lined up, they naturally match

Furthermore, looking at the diamonds arranged on the woman’s ring,

it began to look like a small flower.

"It's pretty like a flower, isn't it?"

From that conversation, they decided to add a floral carving on the man's ring as well.

Even though each chose their own 'likes', when placed side by side, the flowers link.

That subtle sense of matching became a signature point of their pair.

And another thing they liked was the shape when the rings were placed side by side.

The two twists naturally formed an expanding eight shape.

"Eight is auspicious, and we like it just the way it is!"

And so the twists' orientations were not changed.

Furthermore, the woman’s diamonds total eight stones.

The expanding eight and eight stones of diamonds,

and the eternity embedded in the man’s ring.

By cherishing each of their 'likes' and choosing with care, such a wonderful connection was born.

A little touch of their own inside the ring

Inside the Gokigen Ring for them, a note peeks out softly.

Each time they look at the ring,

a joyful, cheerful feeling is recalled by a private detail only they know.

The visible flower-like diamonds and decorative carving,

and the note tucked inside the ring.

Whether visible or hidden, their individuality is woven in.

Having been able to create this together with a dear friend

To be able to think on her wedding ring, which they had long spent as friends, now together as the concierge for ith.

This became, for me, a memory I will never forget.

Now, even in private meetings they wear the "Gokigen Ring" and show it with happiness.

From her, after delivery, we received these words.

"To have a ring made by such a beloved friend is incredibly special."

This line remains in my heart as a treasure.

Her long-time friendship and the future the couple will walk together.

Together with a wedding ring that encapsulates both, may they continue to be themselves and enjoy a cheerful daily life.
