“What should we start with for our wedding preparations?”
Introducing yourselves to each other’s families, arranging meetings, setting a wedding date, or preparing for a move—many couples find there are more tasks involved in planning a wedding than they initially imagined.
Amid all these preparations, there are events requiring coordination with others. However, selecting wedding rings is one part of the process that couples can decide on together at their own pace.
This couple chose to begin their journey by visiting the atelier to find their wedding bands.
A preference for curved designs
Through trying on rings at other stores, they discovered that curved designs suited their hands best.
At ith, there is a wide variety of curved shapes, from those that gently fit the hand to designs that add a touch of playfulness.
Among the many collections, you are able to try on different options and find a shape that suited your tastes perfectly.
The curve that fits best
From the collection, they selected "Vivace," a design featuring a dynamic S-shape curve.
The curve aligned perfectly with the webbing between their fingers, fitting snugly at the base of their hands. It was the shape that suited them best.
They noted that subtle curves could sometimes appear nearly straight, but the distinctive curve of "Vivace" was visibly noticeable, even to others. Choosing a design that looked good not only to themselves but also to others was an important point for them.
The most comfortable, slim and rounded wedding rings
Next, they focused on finding rings with the most comfortable fit.
The defined edges of "Vivace" felt a bit noticeable when their fingers moved and touched adjacent ones.
They found the smooth, rounded design of "Andante" to have the best comfort.
The high-dome shape of "Andante" features softened edges that provide a gentle, natural fit.
Another factor they considered was the ring's width.
At approximately 2.0mm, Andante felt more comfortable compared to the wider designs they had tried elsewhere.
A perfect match combining the curve of "Vivace" with the comfort of "Andante."
The delicate design, crafted by a female artisan, is both slender and delicate, making it feel so natural that it blends effortlessly with their hands.
Wedding rings that will always be by their side
Because wedding bands are worn every day, simplicity and comfort were key factors in their decision.
The unadorned design of "Andante" reflects their wish to value their natural selves and stay true to who they are.
Four months have passed since they received their rings, and their wedding preparations are likely progressing well.
As they gradually create their own unique partnership, may their rings remain a constant symbol of the happiness they share.
