To commemorate the birth of their second child, the couple visited us to create a family ring.
They were accompanied by their two-year-old son and their six-month-old daughter.
A Design That Highlights the Main Rings
What they were looking for was a pinky ring for the mother.
They wanted a subtle design that would complement and enhance the engagement and wedding rings she already owned.
After trying on many rings, she was drawn to the heart-shaped design of "Con Moto."
Its delicate style seemed perfect for accentuating the charm of her engagement and wedding rings.
Color Stones Representing Their Children
To ensure the ring always reminds them of their children, they decided to include gemstones representing their little ones.
The children’s names include kanji characters symbolizing fruits, so they chose stones that closely matched those fruits' colors: tourmaline and peridot.
Additionally, to symbolize the parents embracing their children with love, the mother’s birthstone, a diamond, and the father’s birthstone, a ruby, were set on either side.
The result was a beautiful ring that radiates the family’s love.
A Family Ring That Protects
"Con Moto" is named after a musical term meaning "to play with motion."
May this family ring serve as a protective talisman, supporting the family as they embark on this new chapter of life as a family of four, encouraging them to take bold steps into the future.
I look forward to seeing them again for future maintenance or just to catch up with their growing family.
