With the new Corona model hitting in 2020, the "norm" of everyday life is being reevaluated, and wedding preparations are becoming much more diverse than in the past. With the changing nature of weddings and the rise of photo weddings, an unprecedented new trend is emerging in the selection of wedding and engagement rings.
Take engagement rings, for example. In recent years, the number of couples who do not purchase engagement rings has continued to increase, but the number of orders has been revived with the Corona event. It is wonderful to see an increase in couples who enjoy choosing wedding and engagement rings without being bound by convention, seeking a true sense of marriage and their own personal style.
The selection and setting of colored stones make engagement rings one-of-a-kind. Here are some of the special engagement rings we have created at ith that feature impressive colored stones.
Engagement rings rich in individuality, with colored gemstones taking center stage.
Each color has its own unique characteristics, affecting not only the visual image but also the psychological impact. Colorful designs have the effect of brightening the heart. It is nice to feel happy every time you see a ring. And if you are looking for relaxation and emotional stability, why not use calm colors to soothe your mind?
Blooming seven-color colored stones
The engagement ring, with its seven colored stones, is centered on a ruby and surrounded by petals of pink tourmaline, blue sapphire, orange sapphire, tanzanite, amethyst, and emerald. It is a deeply emotional design inspired by her mother's ring.
We valued not only the cuteness of the ring, but also the elegance of an adult woman. While carefully considering the claws for the stone clasp and the overall balance of the stone, the design of the stone seat has been ingeniously designed to achieve a smart silhouette as well.
The mellow glow of peridot
Based on the "Ornda" engagement ring, this engagement ring is adorned with five different colored stones. From left to right, pink tourmaline, lapis lazuli, and a peridot at the center, with an opal and pink sapphire. The choice of these gemstones was chosen by the couple as an "acrostic ring" to give the ring a special meaning.
Lapis lazuli and opal are polished smoothly in a cabochon cut that brings out their luster and patterns. The combination of gemstones with different cuts accentuates the unique moist brilliance of peridot, the star of the show.
Color stones can also create a much more subdued impression by combining different cuts, hues, and textures.
Sapphire and Diamond
This ring was ordered by a woman who loves blue and green. To incorporate her favorite colors, we tailored a ring in which a deep blue sapphire takes center stage.
The low-height design and stone setting that wraps around the sapphire gives an appealing sense of security when worn. We have completed an engagement ring that naturally attracts the eye with its brilliant blue color.
With the diamond as the centerpiece, colored stones are used as side melee stones.
You can also add colored stones as side stones to complement the center stone. If you like diamonds but also want to include a little more individuality, colored stones may be a good choice to complement the center stone.
Emerald x Ruby x Diamond
This design is not Italian in color...but rather a color scheme in line with a woman's taste. She had a long-time favorite cartoon character and wanted to incorporate his colors into this design.
Both rubies and emeralds are brightly colored gemstones, so the woman was a little hesitant about making the decision to incorporate them. It was her partner, a man, who encouraged her to do so.
The woman was able to make up her mind, too, because she wanted to give a gift that she was truly satisfied with. By incorporating her own favorite things into the design, she was able to give much more thought to the engagement ring.
Ruby, aquamarine, and diamond
This engagement ring has an antique mood, and was born out of a desire for a ring with a slightly different feel, rather than a design that would be typical of an engagement ring.
Ruby and aquamarine are the birthstones of the couple, and by alternating the ruby for the woman born in July with the aquamarine for the man born in March, the meaning of the ring for the couple was deepened.
The ruby has long been called the "stone of victory" and is believed to have the power to protect the owner from danger and lead him to victory. May it ward off evil spirits and bring happiness to your married life.
The custom-made design allows the couple to add and subtract colored stones in a way that is uniquely their own.
Although the image of engagement rings = diamonds persists, colored stones have been gaining attention in recent years and are now an option for engagement rings. Many people wear birthstones or gemstones that match their zodiac sign as if they were their own personal talisman.
