A Special Wedding Ring with the Presence of a Beloved Family Member

About a year ago, in the fall, the couple visited the Kichijoji Atelier after seeing a feature in the weddidng magazine.

Choosing wedding bands for a lifetime, they enjoyed exploring many brands and spent time carefully selecting the perfect one.

Let me introduce the special wedding rings that they made at ith.

S-curve Design

The rings that the couple liked had a "S-curve" design that fit perfectly on their hands.

For the gentleman's ring, they chose "Vivace," which features a deep S-curve that fits perfectly at the base of the finger, making the comfort of wearing it one of its standout points.

For the lady's ring, they chose "Marcato," which has a gentle S-curve and a delicate width, offering a perfect fit and an ideal feeling when worn.

Design with a Beloved Family Member

During their visit, the couple also loved "Piuma," which features an "feather motif" engraving.

They shared the story of their beloved family member, Kagome-chan, a rescued dog.

The name "Kagome" comes from the Japanese word for a seagull, symbolizing the hope that she would be able to fly freely.

The feather motif felt like a destined connection for their family, and it was a meaningful design choice.

Atelier Tour in Kichijoji

The couple was also interested in the workshop and joined the weekday tour of the in-house workshop at the Kichijoji Atelier.

By watching the artisans craft the rings up close, they were able to get a closer look at the intricate process of ring making and the delicacy of the engraving patterns.

Wedding Rings with a Family's Presence

After visiting the atelier and workshop, they both continued to enjoy selecting rings from many different brands.

When they came back to the atelier, they mentioned that the deciding factor for their choice was the design featuring the "Kagome-chan" motif.

Each ring was based on their preferred shapes, and the feather engraving added a personal touch, creating a unique wedding ring that represented their family.

They arrived at a design that feels like Kagome-chan will always be there with them, a special touch that captures the essence of their family.

When they visited the atelier, the wedding rings seemed to embody the image of their family, always gently supporting and staying close to one another.

May the rings that now rest on your hands continue to serve as a reminder of your family's bond, bringing you endless happiness for years to come.
