A design befitting an engagement ring
Since it is a ring to be given,
we imagined a flamboyant sunflower motif design,
but the man chose the "Oblique" which shines softly and delicately.
The flowing melee diamonds
gently sparkle to enhance the centre diamond.
For a soft, charming woman,
rather than a motif that is too showy,
we would like to gift a ring as gentle as she is.
With a wish that she will wear it for ten or twenty years to come,
the warmth of their intention is contained.
To a summer-born woman
Still, they wished to weave in sunflower elements and would refine the details with the woman in mind.
The piece chosen by them was,
a sunflower facet-cut diamond, imbued with feelings for a summer-born woman.
With a 0.33ct diamond, the summer sunlight
glows brightly, and the size was chosen to glow brilliantly in the sun.
The bottom-left stone is the groom's birthstone,
Emerald,
The top-right stone is the woman's birthstone,
Peridot,
set as such.
This expresses their vow to support the woman for ever more.
The hallmarks of bespoke design
Visualising the sunflower itself as a gift to the woman, with the central stone as the bloom and the side birthstones as the leaves,
the ring was completed.
With the intention for the woman and the resolve for the future,
the cuts and sizes of the diamonds,
birthstones and other details were shaped into the piece.
A while after delivery, they reported a successful proposal
and visited the atelier to share the news.
The woman's delighted, charming smile is
perfectly suited to the engagement ring's soft ambience.
