Rings That Reflect Individual Style and Shared Connection

At ith, we take our time to let you try on many different rings.

As you wear them, you gradually discover your own preferences and may even learn unexpected details about your partner’s tastes—this can be one of the most enjoyable parts of the experience.

In this story, the couple carefully considered both their individual preferences, which became clearer over time, and the sense of unity that comes with wedding rings. They worked on the ring design without compromising on either.

Discovering Preferences Through Trying on Rings

At first, the couple mentioned that simple designs felt a bit too plain for them.

However, after trying on several rings, the lady realized that a platinum ring with a mirror finish suited her hands beautifully.

A sleek, polished ring brightens the hand and gives it a refined look.

Her favorite choice was the simple yet elegant “Piacere.”

The gentleman preferred unique designs.
He was drawn to rings with playful elements such as engraved patterns, two-tone color combinations.

His favorite was "Ala," which features a beautifully engraved feather motif.

I also remember how excited he was when talking about rings with a central focal design.

When they lined up the rings they each favored, they realized that they had chosen few matching designs.

If they prioritized the lady’s preference for platinum with a mirror finish, the design would be too simple for the gentleman.

On the other hand, if they matched his preference for engraved patterns, she would have to compromise on the harmony with her hands, which she valued.

Still, they didn’t want to give up on either their personal preferences or the sense of unity in their rings, so they thoughtfully designed them together.

A Design Found Only by the Two, Combining Each Other's Favorite Elements

Thus, the couple arrived at a custom design based on "Martello" —a two-tone combination—enhanced with a faceted design.

Inspired by the texture of a desert, the faceted surface creates intricate reflections, giving the ring a distinctive appearance.

With each facet being relatively large, the light moves gently across the surface, achieving the luminous effect that the lady desired from a platinum mirror finish, brightening her hand beautifully.

The two-tone combination adds a touch of elegance, creating a refined and formal look.

At the center, a engraved star—chosen together as their shared favorite—shines brilliantly.

A perfectly matching pair of rings, made possible through custom design, has now been completed.

To the couple set to register their marriage in late December, congratulations once again!

May these rings gently watch over the many happy moments in your life together.
