The couple first discovered ith on Instagram.
They visited us with a desire for two-tone rings, saying, "We want a unique design that reflects our personalities!"
A Design Reflecting Their Unique Style
They are a very close and friendly couple, and they shared that their wedding day is July 14th, "Sunflower Day." Sunflowers carry the beautiful meaning of "I only have eyes for you," making it such a special day.
They mentioned, “Sunflowers always turn towards the sun,” and hoped for a design inspired by motifs of sunflowers, the sun, and nature.
As they tried on rings, both were drawn to the "Foresta" with its distinctive natural engraving.
This warm, handcrafted design beautifully reflects the unpretentious charm of nature.
Each of their names also includes characters associated with nature, making this design feel even more suited to them.
Combining Their Style with Their Preferences
Interestingly, before visiting ith, the couple was already captivated by the "Gimelli."
Meaning "twins" in Italian, this timeless design—known as a gimmel ring—features two bands that never separate.
They admired the collection’s matte hairline finish, but adding the "Foresta" engraving to one of the rings was the touch that made them say, "This is it!"
The design fulfilled what was most important to them in creating their wedding rings: having a "matching shape" while prioritizing a "design that feels like us" over traditional wedding ring styles.
Ring Delivery Day
I must say, as a concierge, I was quietly looking forward to seeing the finished rings myself.
The joy on their faces when they saw the rings for the first time is something I’ll never forget.
It’s been a little while since the delivery—by now, the rings have settled perfectly onto their hands, haven’t they?
I hope these matching wedding bands will continue to strengthen the bond between them.
They even said, “We’re total ith fans now!” I’m thrilled to hear that, and I look forward to seeing them again for any future maintenance.
