The couple visited many brands and explored a wide range of rings.
They shared their concern, saying, "We haven't found the perfect ring yet..."
As I shared my knowledge about rings, I was able to assist them in creating their perfect pair.
Compatibility Between Hands and Rings
While trying on many rings, the couple’s preferences for the rings and how they would fit with their hands started to become clearer.
The lady’s ring finger had a difference in the height of the webbing on both sides—the pinky side and the middle finger side. Because of this, an S-curve ring with a right-upward slope fit well with the natural contour of her hand, making it look more seamless and harmonious.
On the other hand, the gentleman had a more even "webbing" height, so he felt that an S-curve ring didn’t quite fit his hand and appeared to "float."
He preferred a straight-shaped ring.
Rings That Fulfilled Both of Their Preferences
Once we discovered their different preferences for the shape, they expressed a strong desire to still have matching rings.
The couple chose "Marcato," which features a shallow S-curve.
The gentle curve provided a straight shape appearance, fitting both their hands comfortably.
The gentleman, with larger hands, decided to have a slightly wider ring to balance the volume with his hand.
This adjustment made the curve smoother and allowed the ring to blend better with his hand.
Customization: Adding a Personal Touch Just for Them
The gentleman’s ring was partially matte, while the front part retained a shiny finish, adding a sparkle that matched the lady’s diamond.
Inside the rings, they exchanged their birthstones, and they chose to set them in a star motif, reflecting their personal touch.
When the rings were delivered, the couple looked at them with sparkling smiles. Seeing them so happy brought me great joy.
Your radiant smiles have the power to brighten up the room. May you continue to share many laughter-filled moments together!
