Rings Inspired by Spring Flowers

As the harsh cold gradually subsides, we edge closer to the warmer season.

February 4th, known as 'Risshun' in the traditional calendar, marks the beginning of spring. It was considered the start of a new year by ancient people.

With the arrival of warmth, dormant plants begin to sprout, and a variety of colorful flowers bloom.

Let's explore some flower-related rings along with an introduction to these blooms.

Flowers at the Yokohama Motomachi Atelier

Transitioning from the chic, subdued hues of winter, the atelier now features lighter, spring-like flowers.

The most striking are the yellow blooms of 'Ranunculus japonicus', symbolizing bright charm and radiance, much like the warm presence of the sun, lifting spirits!

Engagement Rings with Floral Motifs

The next ring I'd like to introduce is named "Mimosa", inspired by the Mimosa flower.

You can spot the small yellow Mimosa flowers behind the Ranunculus japonicus.

Combining marquise and round brilliant-cut diamonds, this design emulates Mimosa leaves and round flowers. It's a ring that balances gorgeousness with a touch of cuteness.

The language of flowers for mimosa includes gratitude, friendship, elegance, and secret love.

In Italy, it's given by men to women as a token of appreciation – a beautiful tradition encapsulating cherished feelings.
