What they ultimately chose, after much consideration,
were rings that sparkle from every angle—designed to truly dazzle.
A wedding band that shines from front to side, as if it were flowing
The wedding rings they chose were "Mobius Due," known for its playful,
twisting form that adds a dynamic sense of movement.
To enhance the sparkle, they selected the Stardust finish,
a texture created by striking the surface with the tip of a diamond tool
—producing a shimmer reminiscent of scattered stardust.
By extending the texture from the front to the sides,
it looked as if a shooting star was wrapping gently around the ring—beautiful and ethereal.
An Engagement Ring That Glows with Engraved Radiance
For the engagement ring, the base was the antique-style "Spade,"
which they personalised into a one-of-a-kind piece filled with sparkle and emotion.
One special request was to engrave the sides with a motif inspired by Anise,
an herb with star-like leaves.
The deep, hand-carved engraving (a Japanese traditional technique)
reflects a brilliance different from diamonds—a crisp, metallic glow unique to artisan craft.
On the front, they carefully adjusted the number of accent diamonds to total seven
—a nod to their personal lucky number, hidden meaningfully within the design.
A Diamond Chosen for Its Brilliance and Story
The center diamond also carried deep personal significance.
They selected a 5EX (Five Excellent) diamond,
known for its rare brilliance and flawless precision
—cut only by the most experienced artisans.
The carat weight 0.222, matching their wedding date, January 11 (1/11).
“We chose repeating 2s because it felt like ‘two people becoming twice as strong together,’”
they shared with a smile.
It was a diamond that felt made just for them—imbued with meaning and brilliance.
