We love how flawless the engraving turned out to be and it holds a special place in our hearts as it was drawn by my fiancé and it represents us as a couple!

Everything about Roccia describes us and our relationship with each other and we are over the moon that the ring turned out to be exactly how we expected it to be!

We had an exceptional experience with Claire, while selecting our wedding rings. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly and guided through the entire process with expertise and patience. We love the whole experience from the first time we stepped into the shop until the collection of the ring. The ring design was simple, elegant, and timeless. The service is great, and the ring was everything we hoped for. Thank you for everything; we love it.

Chai was very patient and helpful in explaining the beauty of each of the rings they had on offer. He was also very meticulous in ensuring that the rings for our big day was the one that we were looking for.

My partner and I had an exceptional experience with Chai. He provided outstanding customer service, making the entire process smooth and insightful. We were presented with a wide range of rings, from various designs to different materials and textures. Chai was very detailed in understanding our requirements, allowing us to customise our rings to make them special and meaningful to us. Additionally, we collected our rings at the Japan outlet, where we were warmly greeted by the staffs despite the language barrier. Overall, we couldn't be happier with our choice! Excellent service from start to finish. Was really impressed with the interior design of the shop in Tanjong Pagar. My partner and I had the pleasure of being served by Claire. She was amazing and professional. She has gone out of her way countless times to accommodate to our needs as we do not live locally. She has replied our text and questions even beyond her working hours, which was very much appreciated given the 8 hour time difference. If you want your rings to have a unique story like ours, look no further.

First & Foremost, we are truly relief that we approach a very calm and serene atelier for our wedding bands. Being approach by a very professional and polite concierge, Ms Alicia Teh, really help us on the start of our journey finding our lifetime ring and till the very end. We were clueless with no specific ideas on our rings design but she really help to broaden up the choices and options for us to get to the final design we are happy with.

And truly, a remarkable workmanship by the production control/inspection team, Akane Maeda & Keiko Ogawa, that really handles well with the making of our rings and we didn’t expect it to be as beautiful as it looks now and even better from the draft design sample pictures. We are truly happy with the final product handed to us and we are thankful that we are able to “create one-of-a-kind” rings by putting our wishes into shapes as per the ith-rings slogan. We are trully grateful for the excellent well-rounded service provided to us. From the warm customer service by Keem to the delicate workmanship. We are please with the craft as they reflect us as a couple. A great experience being able to choose the stones, customizing engravings, to designing of the bands. To top it all off, theres also an after sales service like refinishing and resizing.

In the whirlwind of planning for my proposal, finding the perfect ring felt like a huge and daunting task. I stumbled upon ith while browsing social media and decided to pop by for a visit.

I wanted lab-grown diamonds because they are more sustainable, and also great craftsmanship and the most durable metal (platinum). We are loving our Reticolo rings and very excited to get married with it(10 days from now) and wear them till we’re gray and old. The rings are perfect!
