The two of you were originally looking for an engagement ring with a distinctive design.
The two of you found ith together, and, in response to your partner's request,
A groom-to-be came to the atelier alone for "Maia".
"Maia" is a unique design inspired by Maia, the spring goddess from Greek mythology, shaped to resemble fresh, budding young leaves.
After looking at the sample ring,
you also liked the actual "Maia", so the base design was decided.
There we added your couple’s own originality.
Since "Maia" originally features a combination of colours, there are two kinds of metals to choose from.
Structurally, among the limited options, we consider which color will make your partner the happiest.
Rather than a high-contrast combination, we ran simulations to achieve a softer mood, and settled on a combination of champagne gold with subdued saturation and platinum as the two-tone colour.
For the small stones set along the striking large leaf area, we insisted on including a vivid blue reminiscent of Okinawa's sea, the place where you two met.
Inspired by the waves of the beautiful sea, using colorless diamonds, blue diamonds, and sapphires, we paid close attention to their arrangement to express the gradation of sea colours.
The finished ring seemed to be well liked by the groom as well.
I heard that it would be presented to his partner during their trip.
Later, the two of you came to the atelier together, and I was able to meet your partner as well.
The ring looked absolutely perfect on her, and I was truly happy.
The Maia, reflecting the sea of memories you share, may from now on softly color your steps and keep your special moments shining forever.
