with a concrete image of the ring,
a man who visited the atelier.
She loves aquarium dates,
and for a woman who loves orcas in particular, the man planned
a proposal at a restaurant where orcas swim.
The ring intended for that moment is, of course, orca-themed.
To embody what the woman loves most in the form of a ring.
This marks the start of a ring-making journey steeped in the concierge's meticulous attention to detail.
A special-motif ring the concierge hoped to realise
"We want to express an orca across the entire ring."
The man who spoke these words chose "Orchid", a design characterised by a dynamic form.
The S-curve with a voluminous band
evokes the image of a dynamically swimming orca.
The ring's material was white gold,
chosen for its dark, sophisticated hue reminiscent of the orca's black body.
And on its surface, to express the orca's tiny eyes,
black diamonds were embedded.
To express the distinctive white markings around the eyes,
a white diamond was placed beside it.
By leveraging the Orchid's organic curves,
the design masterfully expresses the orca's dynamic motion as it swims vividly in the vast ocean.
A hidden attention to detail inside the ring
Although the exterior design alone was sufficiently captivating,
the concierge added a special touch to the ring's interior.
Inside the ring, an original laser-engraved illustration of a tail fin was applied.
This connects the head expressed on the surface with the inner tail fin,
linking the inner tail fin,
resulting in a design that expresses two orcas across the entire ring.
The two orcas symbolising the couple meet,
and will continue to stay by each other's side for life.
A one-of-a-kind ring has been completed.
The man's wish to fulfil what she loves most,
and the ring that shapes their brilliant future,
are as powerful as an orca.
