The couple shared with me, "We saw an article about remaking a diamond ring," and chose to entrust us with the remaking of a family heirloom ring passed down from the bride’s mother.
Before the remake, the ring had often been kept in storage.
Fortunately, the diamond was free from any chips or cracks, and it was successfully transformed into a new design.
Their wish was to create a ring that could be worn together with their wedding band, and for that, they chose "Hanamizuki (Dogwood)."
"Hanamizuki" is made using a special forging technique, which allows for an incredibly delicate design.
The thin band, made possible by its strong manufacturing process, beautifully enhances the sparkle of the diamond.
Because of its slender design and high mount, "Hanamizuki" is perfect for stacking with the matching wedding band, allowing them to wear both rings together harmoniously.
The flower language of Hanamizuki (Dogwood) is "permanence," and I hope that the couple will continue to enjoy the diamond’s brilliance for many years to come.
