Prefer milled design. 3pcs of Dia is fine. Don't want it to be too glamorous. I also want to have it matted.
I have thick fingers, so at first I thought I would like a design with a solid width, but when I saw a design with dia, I thought that a cantabile would be just right. I don't want to be glamorous with Dia. I want something that looks nice on my fingers.
Men: From what I have received from EC trial fitting, Legato is the most comfortable to wear. Designs should match women's as much as possible, but should be simple.
I like the shape of Legato. I like the comfort and the graceful shape.
F: We would like to have a dia on the left side, about 3pcs. The entire circumference should be milled, and the entire surface should be milled. The side that is not milled can be mirror finished.
Refer to [6838F] for Dia. The leftmost stone should be a peridot. 1.0 will fit. The size of the Dia in between is up to the craftsman. We have talked about the strength of the peridot stone.
We confirmed with Mr. Nonoyama about the size of the dia in case of milling. (→ If a mill is inserted, only Φ0.8 will fit in a width of 1.8mm because of the round shape of the ring. Therefore, we leave it to the craftsman to determine the gradation of the dia when 3pcs are gradually enlarged).
M: Mills and mazes on the left side only. The right side is mirrored. Topaz is fixed with a decorative carving of a star. The position of the star should be at the end of the legato overlap.
There is a prototype ring because there was a request to make a prototype ring as well.
The woman said that the diamonds and mills were so jumbled up that it was hard to tell what was there and what was shining.
She wanted to make it easier to see the diamonds by eliminating the mille at the stone setting part.
We prepared some photos of a diamond without a mill and with a different size stone, and asked the customer to look at them. (Φ1.2 (or 1.1), Φ1.0, Φ0.9) and decided to fasten it in a gradation.
A woman asks if it is possible to leave a mill on the left arm for the center part only. (She wants to make it look as if it is connected to the mill on the right arm.) We told her that if we put the mill in one part, the part without the mill would stand out and the mill would look disconnected, so she consulted with Mr. Takahashi. Or change the design. He advised me to reconsider the most important part and put it into practice. We also like the design because we like the matching feeling of the position and shape of the diamonds.
Other arrangement: on the left arm (peridot Φ1.2 (or 1.1), diamond Φ1.0, Φ0.9), no mill for the stone clasp part
The customer commented that it was good that the prototype ring was tailored, and by modifying and changing some parts of the design before the actual production, we were able to achieve a more satisfactory result.
