and the craftsmanship of the artisans who would realise that design
they took an interest.
This time, we will share the process of making that ring.
Choosing a ring while imagining the beloved's joyful expression
as they explored a range of designs,
The first candidate chosen was "Hanamizuki"
Its meaning is “permanence.”
“May happiness endure.”
It is also lovely to carry that sentiment, but
they wish to share the rest of their life with their partner
and to stand by their partner with the same feeling,
with meanings of “peace” and “hope”
they chose the "Daisy".
The soft V-shaped curve that elegantly presents the hand,
worried that it would look bulky when worn
was one of the partner's concerns.
and a charm that helps resolve it.
Diamond selection
Once the design was settled,
the next step is the diamond selection.
It is the central feature that colours the engagement ring.
The diamond chosen was,
also balancing wearability,
a 0.208-carat diamond.
It features the February birth month (2),
and the auspicious number 8.
We also paid close attention to the diamond's grade.
A diamond formed over hundreds of millions of years on Earth,
while cherishing its natural allure,
the [cut] portion, the part where craftsmen alone can influence, should be especially fine.
Regarding the [colour] of the diamond,
two small diamonds sit at the sides
to complement the "Daisy" design.
Different from its small diamond counterparts,
by selecting stones with a colour grade,
"Even if two people have different personalities, they will support one another and move forward together from here."
That sentiment was included.
Putting many feelings into form on the day of the proposal
Thus, the completed engagement ring
was unveiled to the beloved on the day of the proposal.
The "Daisy", crafted with consideration for the partner.
It was memorable how gently it shone on the beloved's hand.
Subsequently, the couple entrusted concierge with making their wedding bands!
