I still remember the first day I met this lovely couple.
With beaming smiles, they shared, “We’ve visited a few brands nearby.”
As they prepared for their October wedding, they tried on many rings at ith.
From the start, the couple was drawn to rings with curves that naturally fit the finger.
Through their fittings, we worked together to identify why curved designs resonated with them.
They explored various shapes, from straight bands to S-shape and U-shape curves.
By comparing different styles, they found the perfect curve that suited them best.
The groom chose "Grave," an ith original design with a U-shape curve at the top and a V-shape curve at the bottom.
The key point was how the ring fit seamlessly on the gentleman’s finger, which has pronounced webbing height differences, preventing it from tilting.
To add a sharp, refined touch, we incorporated a partial hairline finish, giving the ring a striking yet elegant appearance.
The bride selected "Con Moto," a design that beautifully accentuated her slender fingers.
Additionally, the number of diamonds, the combination of pink gold and platinum, and the matching hairline finish with the gentleman’s ring—all these thoughtful details were incorporated.
Even within the slender design of the ring, these elements truly reflected a deep sense of personalization.
While the couple chose individual designs that suited their preferences, the rings shared a cohesive harmony.
Together, they crafted wedding bands that balanced individuality, attention to detail, and a sense of togetherness—a truly bespoke pair.
The Long-Awaited Moment
When the two of them slipped the completed rings onto their fingers, they showed the same radiant, joyful smiles as when they first stepped through the doors of the Yokohama Motomachi Atelier.
It fills my heart with happiness to know that ith rings will accompany them in their journey ahead.
Like "Grave" and "Con Moto," may their days together be gentle, vibrant.
