In ith's manufacturing, everyone involved in the production of rings seriously considers the customer who will wear the ring.
Although it is the creator in charge who talks directly with the couple in the atelier, several people are involved in tailoring an important ring before one ring is completed, including the craftsman who creates it and the team that makes sure the order is exactly what the customer wants.
Among the work that the craftsmen do while thinking of the customer, the engraving is done while imagining the personality of the couple based on their anniversary date and names. Design

ith customer service involves a lot of work, from hearing the customer's opinions, to trying on rings to find the right fit, to arranging the ring to create a design that has meaning only for the couple.
We take our time to find the shape that the couple truly wants as they search for a ring they will wear for the rest of their lives. We have 73 types of wedding rings and 52 types of engagement rings, and we basically allow customers to try on all of our rings.
We also make suggestions on how to create a matching look so that the two of you can be satisfied together, and we ask you to choose which ring you would like your partner to wear.
By trying on a large number of rings, a vague image becomes concrete, and we provide professional support to ensure that a ring that will be worn for a long time is not just a random purchase.

Craftsmen are professionals in the art of making things, so they are responsible for making sure the ring is exactly as the customer wants and expects it to be. The creator tries to accumulate expertise and give professional advice based on counseling with the couple to ensure that they are satisfied with the design.
We also have professionals to strictly inspect the ring to ensure that it meets the specifications specified by the customer, including dimensions, texture, and accuracy of shape. I pay attention to every detail to ensure that it is beautifully finished.
