Multi-faceted designs created by the forging process
There are two types of multi-faceted wedding rings among the rings made using the forging method.
The uneven surfaces are randomly finished using hammers and files, which combine the precision and strength of machine work with the warmth of handcraftsmanship.
Legna 《Legna》.
Legna" means "firewood" or "bonfire" in Italian. It has the texture of a tree trunk and expresses our hope that couples will always remain unadorned and spontaneous, just like the charm of a campfire that makes you feel natural and honest.
The uneven pattern created with a hammer is called "tsuchime," and Regna is struck repeatedly on the surface with a hammer to create a multi-faceted texture. The pattern of thin vertical lines is carefully hammered one pattern at a time using a hammer with a pointed tip.
The random patterns created with a hammer may seem simple, but it is actually a difficult technique.
The hammers are hammered in one stroke at a time, considering various factors, such as the degree of force with which the hammer is hammered into the ring, the angle of the lines should be straight and vertical in relation to the ring, the metal is stretched when hammered to increase the size of the ring, and the hammers should be hammered in all around the ring so as not to exceed the specified size. The process of engraving the hammered lines one by one is very stressful.
After the hammered marks are engraved, a matte texture called honing is applied to the engraved surface in layers, and the sides of the ring are mirror-finished to give the ring a crisp look.

After the rounded, rounded shape of the ring has been shaped by the cutting process, the pattern is then hand-crafted by shaving one surface at a time. The skill of a skilled craftsman is essential in the process of flattening all of the numerous surfaces while creating the edges.
The base ring is made by using a machine called a lathe to achieve precision in width and thickness, and the subsequent processes are carried out by hand by craftsmen to finish the ring. This is truly a collection of meticulous attention to detail that is completed by a combination of machining and craftsmanship.
In the center of the pink gold ring, two long horizontal lines are placed on each side of the diamond as decoration. The swallow-tail is the tail of a swallow, and the swallow-tailed suit worn by the groom at a wedding has two tails on the back side like a swallow's tail.
The swallow has long been used as a motif in jewelry as well, as a symbol of good fortune for marital bliss and family prosperity. The swallow-tail clasp adds an accent to this slender ring.
