Feature

Its purplish blue color is said to be reminiscent of sunsets in Tanzania, the country's main source of tanzanite. Tanzanite is a relatively new gemstone, the name of which was invented by Tiffany & Co. Tanzanite is polychromatic, meaning that it can appear darker or lighter blue depending on the angle of view.
